Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and socially aware Early Childhood Educators in Bathurst NSW who hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We welcome educators who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and who value inclusive, respectful, and high-quality education practices.
Requirements:
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (recommended)
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Knowledge of child protection and mandatory reporting obligations
Your Role
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s development and learning outcomes
- Ensure compliance with centre policies, procedures, and child safety regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported
- Build strong relationships with families to support each child’s individual needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership teams to deliver high-quality education and care
